How to Use

Made for ribs, but magic on chicken, pork, or beef. Use it anywhere you want bold, smoky flavor.

About this Spice

Named after our first spice shop on Platte Street in Denver, CO, Platte Smokehouse Rib Rub has the flavors of smoky, sweet, hickory BBQ. Crafted as a dry rib rub, it’s a backyard barbecue essential. But don’t stop there– try it in Breakfast Skillet Potatoes or use it to add smoky depth to Sloppy Joes.

For sauce, mix 1-2 Tbsp into 1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup. Add a little molasses for some sweetness (optional). This sauce can be used for sloppy joes or as a dipping sauce for wings.
