You can convert many of our dry seasonings into sauces. This is the perfect example. Simply combine equal parts spice, oil, and water to create a delicously easy wing sauce.

Serving Suggestions

Makes enough to sauce about 4 pounds of chicken wings. Makes a great dipping sauce for our Buffalo Fried Deviled Eggs. Sprinkle it on our Buffalo Smashed Potato Platter. Or use it in place of your favorite hot sauce in any dish.

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together. It's ready to use right away, but the flavor gets better if you let it sit for 30 min. or so. Shake before using. Refrigeration is optional; you may need to bring sauce to room temperature before using to let the oil soften.
