1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 to 2 lbs. steak such as skirt, flank, or flap meat

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, combine Carne Asada Spice & Easy mix, cilantro, orange juice, oil, lime juice, and soy sauce. Add steak to bowl and turn to coat. Marinate for at least 20 min. or up to 8 hours in the fridge. Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat. Remove steak from marinade, season with salt & pepper, and grill 4 to 8 min. per side, until steak reaches desired doneness. Rest steak for 5 min., slice, and serve.
NOTES:
Serve with: Rice, beans, and pico de gallo. Enjoy as a filling for tacos, enchiladas, and burritos or as a topping for salads, nachos, and fries.
