
Cherry Creek Seafood Seasoning
We’ve taken the traditional combination of lemon and pepper and added a sweet herbal twist to come up with this exciting all-purpose seafood seasoning. With dill as a featured flavor, this blend is nice on many types of fish including halibut, salmon, swordfish, and trout. Cherry Creek also works well for seasoning chicken, duck, and vegetables.
For dip: Mix 3-4 tsp. Cherry Creek seasoning per cup of either sour cream or cream cheese. For a healthier version, try using yogurt or cottage cheese.
For vinaigrette: In a bottle, combine 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar with 2/3 cup olive oil and 1 tsp. of Cherry Creek Seasoning. Cap and shake vigorously. If a more robust flavor is desired, add more seasoning a ½ tsp. at a time to taste.
