1 to 2 Tbsp. lime juice

1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt

1 to 2 cups add-ins of choice:

Chopped Cilantro

Corn

Diced bell pepper

Diced jalapenos

Diced red onion

Diced skirt steak

Diced tomato

Directions

In a medium bowl, mash avocados to desired consistency. Add Fajita Seasoning, cilantro, scallions and lime juice and stir to combine. Fold in sour cream or yogurt. Add more lime juice to taste if needed. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
