How to Use
About this Spice
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pat turkey dry and brush with melted butter. Rub turkey with Roast Turkey Rub all over including inside cavity and under skin. Place turkey breast-side up on a roasting rack in a roasting pan. Roast for 15 min. per lb. of turkey or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees at the inner thigh and 160 degrees at the thickest part of the breast. Let turkey rest (covered) for 30 min. before carving and serving.
TIP:
If you don’t have a roasting rack, place veggies such as quartered onions and carrots beneath turkey.
