Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream
Jalapeño Chile Powder
1/4 tsp. Jalapeno Chile Powder, or more to taste
4 oz. (1/2 brick) cream cheese
Cheddar Cheese Powder
4 Tbsp. Cheddar Cheese Powder
Mayan Sea Salt
1 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add Jalapeño Chile Powder to taste. Whisk in cream cheese then Cheddar Cheese Powder and Mayan Sea Salt until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce reaches desired thickness.
