Directions

Combine water and Tomato Powder in a medium saucepan to make a paste. Whisk in milk. Add Reduced Sodium Veggie Broth Concentrate, Italian Herbs, Minced Onion, Turkish Bay Leaves and bring to a simmer. Season to taste with Garlic Salt. Serve warm.
