How to Use
To make cowboy butter: mix 1–2 Tbsp. into 4 oz of softened unsalted butter and use as a compound butter or dipping sauce. Melt over steak straight off the grill, slather on corn, or serve alongside bread at the table.
For direct use, apply to chicken, pork chops, or salmon before grilling — the maple caramelizes into a glazed crust over direct heat.
