Lavender Coconut Rice

We love this simple yet creative use of lavender in a savory application.
Serves
4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
1 cups medium grain sushi rice 1.5 cups water ¼ cups coconut milk 1 Tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt
Lavender
1 tsp. Lavender
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 min. Remove from heat and keep covered for 10 min. Fluff with a fork and serve. Should be sticky!
