Maple-Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Walnut Oil

Ingredients

2 pounds fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 1/4 cup olive oil
Black Garlic Salt 1 tsp. Black Garlic Salt, plus more to season to taste
Fine Black Malabar Pepper 1/2 tsp. Fine Black Malabar Pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted 1 Tbsp. walnut oil 8 bacon strips

Recipe Notes

You can easily adapt this recipe to what you have on hand. Swap the pepper for Four Corners Peppercorns or even Salt & Pepper Tableside seasoning (lowering the amount used). Try using Mediterranean Sea Salt Veggie Shaker instead of Black Garlic Salt for more of a sea-salt-forward flavor.
