Ingredients
1 lbs. ground pork
Chimayo Chorizo Sausage Spice
4 Tbsp. Chimayo Chorizo Sausage Spice
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together then refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Pan fry for ground chorizo, or form into sausage patties or links.
