Nothing says Southern food like fried pickles. A creative spice merchant submitted this recipe for frying pickle chips, but the method works for pickle spears too.

1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cornmeal
Chicken Fried Steak Seasoning 4 Tbsp. Chicken Fried Steak Seasoning
2 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 28 dill pickle chips
