Peanut Butter Black Onyx Cookies

These simple peanut butter sugar cookies rolled in our signature Black Onyx Chocolate Sugar... because who doesn't love chocolate and peanut butter?

Ingredients
1 cup crunchy peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar, packed 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder
Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Black Onyx Chocolate Sugar
1/2 cup Black Onyx Chocolate Sugar (for rolling)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream peanut butter, both sugars, and butter together in an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, stirring to combine after each addition. Stir in baking soda, baking powder, and Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract. Gradually add flour and mix until incorporated. Roll dough into 1 to 2-inch balls, depending on how big you want your cookies. Roll balls in the Black Onyx Chocolate Sugar and place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten cookies in a criss-cross pattern using the tines of a fork. Bake for 8 to 12 min. or until just golden. Let cookies cool on the baking sheets.
