Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter

½ cups brown sugar


1 cups pineapple juice

1 fresh pineapple, cored and sliced into ½- to ¾-inch rounds

Fresh cilantro, to garnish

Directions

In a medium saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar and Chicharron Salt. Add pineapple juice, bring to boil, and simmer 4 to 6 min. or until thickened. Preheat grill to medium-high and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Brush pineapple slices with glaze and grill for 6 to 8 min. per side, until tender and grill marks show. Remove from grill, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve warm.
