Directions

Step 1: Make black bean fritters

To a food processor, add all black bean fritter ingredients. Process until coarse but combined. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least one hour.

Step 2: Sauté peppers and onions

Preheat pan over medium-high heat with oil. Season peppers and onions with Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning and add to pan. Sauté until soft and slightly charred, about 10 min. Remove from pan and set aside to cool.

Step 3: Air fry black bean fritters

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Form fritters by rolling tightly into 12 to 14 ping pong-sized balls. Slightly squish each ball to form 1/2-inch thick patties. Oil both sides of the patties and set in air fryer basket. Air fry for 15 min. until both sides are crispy and golden in color, flipping fritters halfway through cooking time. Set aside to cool.

Step 4: Assemble bowl

Divide ingredients between 4 bowls and drizzle with crema. Serve immediately. To save leftovers, keep ingredients separate in fridge and dress and assemble before eating.
