Saffron Salted Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Silky coconut milk ice cream that balances the floral flavors of Saffron with salty sweetness.
Serves
1 quart
Ingredients
2 (13.5 oz.) cans coconut milk 1/2 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Saffron Salt
2 tsp. Saffron Salt*
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until sugar and Saffron Salt granules are dissolved. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's directions.
