*If you can't find white chocolate melting wafers, you can use vanilla-flavored candy coating or white chocolate chips and adjust Saffron Salt and pretzels to taste. Double this recipe for a quick game day party treat!

1 (10 oz.) package white chocolate melting wafers*

1 cup mini unsalted pretzels

Directions

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment or wax paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate by microwaving for 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until chocolate is completely smooth. Stir in Saffron Salt and pour mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Spread chocolate evenly to desired thickness (it won't cover the whole sheet), then sprinkle on pretzels and additional Saffron Salt. Let bark harden for about 15 min. at room temperature before using a knife to cut/break into pieces.
