For the pork:

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1 Tbsp. water 1 lbs. ground pork 6 slices bacon, diced For the beans: 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Tbsp. butter 2 large Spanish sweet onions, sliced 3 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained 2 (14.5 oz.) cans petite diced tomatoes 2 Tbsp. Siesta Key Spanish Sazon For the rice: 2 cups white rice 4 cups chicken broth grated zest and juice of 1 lime
