Savory Spice founder Janet C. Johnston grew up on her dad's peach BBQ sauce. Janet's dad, Woody, shared his easy recipe with us and we discovered it works perfectly with our Georgia Peach Spice.

Serving Suggestions

Use as a glaze or dip for your favorite BBQ meal. Great with chicken and ribs or as a base for a BBQ chicken pizza.

Recipe Notes

*For a smokier version of this sauce, use the peach halves and grill about 3 to 4 min. per side before pureeing.

Ingredients

8 oz. peach baby food (or 2 (15 oz.) cans peach halves*, drained and pureed)

0.33 cups ketchup

0.33 cups apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

0.25 cups brown sugar

1/4 cup one of the following seasonings:

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together with 1/4 cup of one of the Georgia seasonings. Refrigerate for 30 min. to let the flavors fully develop.
