Even if you can't have salt, you should still have exciting flavor, which is why we make this salt-free version of our Cajun Blackening Seasoning.

This seasoning is so tasty that whether you do a lot of Cajun style cooking or not, you'll find many ways to enjoy it. Use as a blackening or all-purpose seasoning. Read our blog post by Savory Spice founder Mike Johnston for more information on how to make classic blackened chicken.

Also try on fries, burgers, steaks, and catfish. Use about 1 tsp. per pound of meat. Sprinkle on vegetables, salads, and eggs.

To make a hotter version, add 1/2-2 t cayenne to 1/4 cup seasoning.

California paprika, garlic, onion, white pepper, black pepper, Mediterranean thyme, mild yellow mustard, cayenne, green bell, Greek oregano, cumin and celery seed

This salt-free, paprika-based seasoning is bittersweet, aromatic, peppery, and earthy with medium-low heat.
Try this all-purpose seasoning on burgers, chicken, steaks, and catfish. To make a simple spicy remoulade sauce, mix 1-2 T with 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, and 2 t dijon.
