Our vanilla bean sugar is sure to please. We start by chopping up Madagascar vanilla beans and mixing them with pure vanilla extract and white granulated sugar. We then evaporate off the alcohol while allowing the vanilla to infuse the sugar. For the final step, we sift out the vanilla beans, grind them into granules and mix it all back together.
