Perfect for gifting, or sharing at holiday gatherings, these no-bake, cake-like bites offer a grown-up twist on classic holiday cookies. They’re rich with bourbon, so keep them out of reach of little ones, as the bourbon remains in every bite.

Holiday Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

1 cup chopped pecans, roasted ½ cup bourbon, use your favorite (we recommend Elijah Craig Small Batch) 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Dutched Cocoa Powder ¼ cup Dutched Cocoa Powder
¼ cup confectioners/powdered sugar 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract 1 tsp. Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
Vanilla Bean Sugar ¼ cup Vanilla Bean Sugar
Salted Caramel Spice ¼ cup Salted Caramel Spice

Recipe Notes

Choose your favorite bourbon, or we recommend Elijah Craig Small Batch for a warm, spiced flavor with a hint of smoke.
