Black Garlic Dip

This is a customer and spice merchant favorite. Sweet black garlic combined with cream cheese and crunchy walnuts makes for a great veggie dip or sandwich spread.

Black Garlic Dip

Ingredients

1 Black Garlic Bulb 1/4 cup sour cream 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Freeze Dried Shallots 1 Tbsp. Freeze Dried Shallots (or fresh minced shallots)*
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped Pinch of salt

Recipe Notes

*If using dried shallots, reconstitute them in 2 Tbsp. of hot water before using. Discard excess water.
