Caesar Salmon

Caesar isn't just for salad! This quick baked salmon packs all the flavor of a Caesar salad. Serve with greens and a drizzle of dressing for a full Caesar experience.

Ingredients
2 (6 to 8 oz.) salmon fillets 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Caesar Seasoning
1 to 3 Tbsp. Caesar Seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet tray with foil. Set salmon skin-side down on sheet tray. Coat with mayonnaise and sprinkle all over with Caesar Seasoning. Use hands to rub seasoning all over salmon.

Bake salmon for 18 to 20 min. until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, rotating tray halfway through. Serve on a bed of greens or with rice and asparagus.
