Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
1 large bunch fresh asparagus 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Mediterranean Sea Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Mediterranean Sea Salt Veggie Shaker
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450° and line a large backing sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2
Wash asparagus. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus. If you sharply bend the asparagus near the base, it will snap off in the right place. Discard the ends.
Step 3
Place on baking sheet and spread out in a single layer. Pat them as dry as you can. Drizzle with olive oil, just enough to lightly coat. Sprinkle with Mediterranean Sea Salt Veggie Shaker.
Step 4
Roast for about 10 minutes until the asparagus starts to brown but is still firm.
Recipe Notes
*Some oils have a higher smoke point and handle high-heat cooking better than others. We recommend oils like canola, grapeseed, peanut, or avocado for this recipe. Avoid using olive oil, as it will burn.
