2 pieces precooked flatbread or naan Olive oil, to brush 1 tsp. Onion & Garlic Tableside Sprinkle 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced thin 1/2 lb. fresh mozzarella, sliced thin 1 tsp. Pizza & Pasta Sprinkle Salt, to sprinkle
Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste
Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste, to taste
Honey, to drizzle
Fresh basil, to garnish

Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. On a baking sheet, lightly brush flatbreads with olive oil and sprinkle with Onion & Garlic Tableside. Top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, Pizza & Pasta Sprinkle, and a sprinkle of salt. Use a small spoon to spread desired amount of Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste over several pieces of mozzarella. Bake for 10 min., or until cheese is melted and lightly browned in spots. Drizzle with honey, garnish with basil, slice, and serve.
