Vindaloo-Spiced Candied Fruit and Nuts

A sweet and warm mix of pecans, dried orange, and cranberries

Ingredients
1 egg white 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
Vindaloo
1 Tbsp. Vindaloo
2 cups pecans, chopped
Candied Orange Peel Strips
1/2 cup Candied Orange Peel Strips, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with greased parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, beat egg white until stiff. Add brown sugar, vanilla and Vindaloo and mix well. Stir in nuts, candied orange peel and cranberries until coated. Spread mixture onto cookie sheet. Bake for 17 to 19 min. until browned. Cool to room temperature.
