This seasoning takes the well-known flavors of classic Indian curry and chicken tikka masala, combines them all into one tikka masala spice mix. This masala seasoning was specifically created to be used in creamy red chicken tikka masala recipes. Traditionally Tikka Masala includes a marinating process. We removed that step for two reasons; first, the yogurt marinade is discarded, so we're reducing waste and second, by following our recipe, you can make a flavorful dish in less than 30 minutes!

About This Blend

Tikka masala is thought to have been created by accident. A Bangladeshi chef served traditional Chicken Tikka only to be asked by a British diner, “Where’s the gravy?” The chef, tossing in a can of creamy tomato soup & spices said, “You want gravy? I’ll give you gravy!”
