How to Use
About this Spice
Use Mt. Elbert All-Purpose Seasoning as a flavorful seasoning salt on, well, just about everything. Pyramid Peak Lemon Pepper can be added to many classics, and Capitol Hill Seasoning one of our most sought after must-haves. Park Hill & Maple Spice is a peppery sugar maple seasoning perfect for salmon, pork or root veggies.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lbs. Salmon filet
2 Tbsp. Park Hill Maple & Spice
Kosher Salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare salmon: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place salmon filet on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush salmon fillet evenly with olive oil. Season with salt, to taste. Sprinkle Park Hill Maple & Spice over the filet.
Bake salmon: Place baking sheet in the oven and rotate after 10 min., continue cooking an additional 10 min. or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
