- To flavor purees, sauces, soups and stews. For seasoning savory pies including hand pies and empanadas.
- Make traditional Chilean dishes like Pebre y Chancho en Piedra (Chilean salsa), Chacarero Chilean Steak Sandwich and Charquican.
