Blueberry Chai Chess Pie
Recipe by Emilie Rogers, Savory Spice—Greensboro, NC
Also known as crack pie, this chai-inspired chess pie is super simple to prepare. The warm chai flavors pair beautifully with fresh blueberries. A great pie for tea time...or anytime, really.

Recipe Notes
*Fresh blueberries are best for this recipe; frozen blueberries yield too much liquid for the pie to set up.
