Simmering green beans in broth infuses them with an extra layer of flavor. They're quickly finished with a bit of butter or olive oil and seasoned with Capitol Hill Seasoning or Tarragon Shallot Citrus Seasoning. This is an addictively delicious side for a holiday feast or a simple weeknight meal.

Ingredients

1 lb. green beans, trimmed 4 cups beef or vegetable broth* Choice of seasoning:
Capitol Hill Seasoning 2 Tbsp. Capitol Hill Seasoning, or
Tarragon Shallot Citrus Seasoning Tarragon Shallot Citrus Seasoning
Coarse Black Malabar Pepper 1/4 tsp. Coarse Black Malabar Pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter or olive oil* 1/2 cup chopped pecans
