How to Use
Season ground beef and pork with chimichurri dry mix. For a chimichurri marinade, mix 4 T with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 cup warm water, and 1 cup wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar. Marinate beef, pork, or chicken for 4 hours before cooking.

Chimichurri seasoning can vary depend on whether it's more of a chimichurri rojo or chimichurri verde. Our blend of dry chimichurri seasoning is rojo-inspired, and includes red spices like tomato powder, red pepper, paprika and Aleppo chiles.
