Ingredients

1 lbs. elbow macaroni pasta

2 cups whole milk

2 Tbsp. water

1 Tbsp. corn starch


8 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened

8 oz. Muenster cheese, shredded

8 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded

Directions

Cook elbow macaroni in a large pot of boiling water to desired doneness. Strain and set aside. Heat milk in a separate large pot over medium heat. In a small bowl, combine water, corn starch, and mustard powder. When milk reaches a simmer, stir in cornstarch mixture and cream cheese. Turn up heat to medium-high and cook until cream cheese is melted and sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and add Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning, Muenster, and cheddar. Add cooked macaroni, stir to coat, and serve immediately.
