Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders

Chicken tenders that the adults will love too! They come together so quickly, you won't ever want to buy the frozen ones again.

Ingredients
2 lbs. chicken tenders* 1 cup flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Brooklyn Everything Bagel Blend
4 Tbsp. Brooklyn Everything Bagel Blend
Canola or vegetable oil, for frying
Mayan Sea Salt
Mayan Sea Salt, to taste
Directions
In a large pot, heat 2 to 3 inches of oil to 375 degrees. Set out the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs in separate wide bowls. Stir Brooklyn Everything Bagel Seasoning into bread crumbs. Coat tenders with flour, then eggs, then seasoned bread crumbs and set strips on a sheet tray until ready to fry. Working in batches, gently lower breaded chicken into hot oil and fry for 2 to 3 min., or until golden brown. Set on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Sprinkle lightly with Mayan Sea Salt if desired.
Recipe Notes
*If you can't find chicken tenders, substitute chicken breasts and cut into thick strips.
