Four Mushroom Umami Garlic Bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tsp. Four Mushroom Umami Blend
Mayan Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
1 baguette, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Stir together all ingredients (except bread) until thoroughly combined. Spread seasoned butter onto bread slices and bake for about 10 min. or until bread is just turning golden brown around the edges.
Recipe Notes
A light sprinkle of hard cheese such as Parmigiano-Reggiano before baking can add a sharp and savory addition to this already delicious bread.
