Ingredients

For ketchup sauce: 1/2 cup ketchup 1 Tbsp. molasses 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
La Plata Peak Adobo Spice 1 Tbsp. La Plata Peak Adobo Spice
For Meatloaf: 2 lbs. ground chuck 1 cup fresh minced white onion 1 cup minced celery 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Taco Seasoning 4 oz. Taco Seasoning
Tomato Powder 5 Tbsp. Tomato Powder mixed with 1/4 cup water to form a sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice 2 eggs 1 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
