Ingredients

½ gallons whole milk 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt with live, active cultures For serving:

Palisade Peach Spice

Fresh or frozen peaches, thawed Granola

Directions

Add milk to Instant Pot and heat to 180 degrees using the "yogurt" function and hitting "adjust" until it reads, "boil". Cool to 115 degrees. Stir in yogurt and set to "yogurt" with the lid on for 3 to 12 hours (3 for mild, 12 for very tart).
