Ingredients

For marinade & chicken: 1 cup vegetable oil 2 Tbsp. Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Spices
Mayan Sea Salt 2 Tbsp. Mayan Sea Salt
3 to 4 lbs. chicken drumsticks For sauce: 1 cup gochujang chili paste 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 Tbsp. maple syrup 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or tamari) 1 to 2 Tbsp. Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Spices
Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic (or 4 cloves, minced)
For frying: vegetable oil 1 cup cornstarch
