How to Use
Use as a dry seasoning rub for grilling salmon on a cedar plank. To use as rub, start with 1 Tbsp. of rub per pound. To use as a seasoning, use a lighter hand, around a tsp. per pound. This salmon seasoning is also great for other seafood, as well as for seasoning chicken, pork or grilled vegetables.
