Raspberry Jalapeño Jam

Guajillo Chile Powder adds fruity heat to this easy jam.

Ingredients
8 oz. raspberries 4 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped 1 cup granulated sugar 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Guajillo Chile Powder
1 tsp. Guajillo Chile Powder
Mayan Sea Salt
Pinch Mayan Sea Salt
Directions
In a medium pot, mix all ingredients over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Simmer for 12 to 14 min., or until jam has thickened but still flows. Transfer to an airtight container and chill until ready to use.
