Sweet Chile Cashews and Pistachios

Go nuts with your next charcuterie board by adding a little bit of sweet and a little bit of heat to whatever nuts you have on hand.

Ingredients
1 egg white 1 Tbsp. water
Mayan Sea Salt
1 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
8 oz. cashews
8 oz. shelled pistachios
3/4 cup superfine sugar
Crushed Aleppo Chiles
3 Tbsp. Crushed Aleppo Chiles
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together egg white, water, and Mayan Sea Salt until foamy. Add cashews, pistachios, sugar, and Crushed Aleppo Chiles. Mix to evenly coat nuts. Spread nuts evenly on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 60 min., stirring once every 20 min. Cool for 30 min. before serving or storing in an airtight container.
