A tasty and healthy smoothie to jumpstart your immunity! You can customize your smoothie with your choice of add-ins.


For smoothie:

1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled

1 (10.5 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

1 kiwi, peeled

1/2 lime, juiced

2 cups frozen mango

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 Tbsp. coconut oil


Sliced kiwi

Maraschino cherries

Chopped almonds or macadamia nuts

Coconut flakes

Step 1: Blend

In a blender, add all ingredients for smoothie. Blend for 45 seconds or until smooth and well-combined. Adjust thickness with additional frozen mango to thicken or coconut milk to thin.

Step 2: Serve

Divide smoothie between 2 large glasses. Garnish and serve immediately.
