Recipe: Southern Lemonade
An absolutely delicious and refreshing lemonade made unique by using Whiskey Barrel Smoked Sugar. Use frozen peaches instead of ice cubes to add an even more Southern twist.
- 5 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 6 or 7 lemons)
- 1 cup Whiskey Barrel Smoked Sugar
In a pitcher, stir all ingredients together until sugar is completely dissolved. Chill and serve over ice.
To make a cocktail, add a splash of bourbon to each glass. For a party, make this in a large pitcher, add a bag of frozen peaches, and top with sparkling white wine for a summertime spritz.
