Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground chuck 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
Black Label Smoked Salt & Pepper 1 Tbsp. Black Label Smoked Salt & Pepper, plus more to season
Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into 1/8-inch cubes 4 hamburger buns Garnish: mayo, mustard, red onion, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, potato chips
