A simple, flavor-packed burger recipe featuring our Black Label Reserve Smoked Salt & Pepper. Layer your burger with all your favorite toppings--try our Basil Mayo and Pickled Mustard Seeds; stay classic with tomatoes and American cheese; or add some crunch with potato chips.
Black Label Reserve Smoked Salt & Pepper adds smoky flavor to these burger patties without requiring a smoker or charcoal grill. Enjoy fine-dining steakhouse quality at home without toiling for hours over a hot smoker!

Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground chuck 1/2 lb. ground sirloin 1 Tbsp. Black Label Reserve Smoked Salt & Pepper, plus more to season
Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into 1/8-inch cubes
4 hamburger buns
Garnish: mayo, mustard, red onion, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, potato chips

Form patties

In a medium bowl, combine ground chuck, ground sirloin, Black Label Reserve Smoked Salt & Pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, and butter. Mix gently with hands until combined, careful not to overwork. Portion into 4 (4 oz.) patties. Chill for 1 hour.

Grill and assemble
Step 4
Heat grill for medium-high heat. Season both sides of patties with Black Label Reserve Smoked Salt & Pepper. Grill until cooked through, about 5 min. per side. Assemble burgers on buns with garnish of choice.
