Cantanzaro Pesto Pasta Salad

An easy pasta salad that's elevated by a fresh pesto featuring our Cantanzaro Herbs blend. Great for spring and summer entertaining, picnics, and potlucks.

Ingredients
Cantanzaro Herbs
2 Tbsp. Cantanzaro Herbs
½ clove garlic
¼ cup pine nuts
¼ cup olive oil
Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
For pasta salad:
1 lb. fusilli pasta
1 cup Castelvetrano olives, crushed, torn, and pitted
8 oz. mozzarella pearls
1 pint (around 8 oz.) tri-colored cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning
1 tsp. Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning, plus more to taste
Directions
Step 1
Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor, make the Cantanzaro Pesto. Add the basil, spinach, Cantanzaro Herbs, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth and bright green.
Step 3
In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the Cantanzaro Pesto and toss to coat. Add the olives, mozzarella pearls, cherry tomatoes, and Salt and Pepper Tableside Seasoning. Toss to evenly distribute and serve.
