Chipotle Ranch

Creamy, spicy, tangy—this ranch is the star of any Southwestern salad or Tex-Mex meal.

Ingredients
Buttermilk Ranch
1 Buttermilk Ranch Spice & Easy mix
2 cups sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce
¼ cup Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
Crushed Aleppo Chiles
2 Tbsp. Crushed Aleppo Chiles
1 Tbsp. agave (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 1 to 2 min. For more heat and smoky chile flavor, add more chipotle peppers. For a thinner dressing, add water or more lime juice to reach desired consistency. Cover and chill until ready to use.
