Pumpkin Spice Crispy Rice Treats

Everyone's favorite lunchbox treat turned fall! Classic crispy rice treats come together quickly and get a fall makeover with pumpkin puree and Pumpkin Pie Spice.

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree 1 (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Mayan Sea Salt
1/8 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
6 cups crispy rice cereal
4 oz. white chocolate (optional)

Grease a 9x9 pan and set aside. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add pumpkin puree and stir for 2 min. until excess moisture evaporates. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Stir in Pumpkin Pie Spice and Mayan Sea Salt. Remove from heat. Add crispy rice cereal and stir until combined.

Quickly pour mixture into prepared pan and gently spread out evenly. Allow to set for 30 min. before cutting into squares. Optionally, melt white chocolate and drizzle on top.
