Saffron Citrus Margaritas

Crowned with a honey-kissed rim and delicate vanilla Saffron Salt (only available in February) this citrus-charged margarita has an irresistibly elegant twist.

Saffron Salt
1 Tbsp. Saffron Salt
For margaritas:
6 oz. gold tequila
4 oz. orange juice
2 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. lime juice
Orange, lemon, and lime slices, to garnish

For rim:

Pour honey and Saffron Salt into the center of two separate plates. Dip rims of two glasses in honey and then in Saffron Salt to generously coat rims.

For margaritas:

In a cocktail shaker, add gold tequila, orange juice, lemon juice, and lime juice. Add a handful of crushed ice, seal shaker, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into two rimmed glasses. Garnish with orange, lemon, and lime slices. Serve up or over ice.
